I have been living and working in the Eastern Panhandle for over 25 years. The proud husband of over 20 years and father of four. I graduated from Martinsburg High School in 1995. I love to give back to my community including coaching youth football and baseball, donating money and time to several not-for-profit organizations, and has been a volunteer with Meals on Wheels.

Luke Wishmyer

Luke was born in 1977 in Manassas, Va and moved to WV in 1983. Grew up in Hedgesville went to Hedgesville elementary, middle and high till the 10th grade but moved to Chambersburg in 10th grade and graduated in 1995. Moved back to Martinsburg in 1996 where he started my 20-year career in the restaurant business, cooking, bartending, managing and owning for a while.
Became a licensed Realtor in WV in 2015 was able to quit my full-time job and focus on just real estate and picked up my Maryland license in 2018.
Luke loves working with new buyers, sellers, investors and now is working with builders who are building a smaller new home community going outside of Martinsburg with 300-400k homes.
My spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and 12-year-old daughter on the river or having nice dinners out.
I’ve also volunteered and coached my daughter's youth soccer team for 6 seasons.

Mark Zeigler
Realtor
Mark Zeigler joined the Milestone Real Estate Group at KW in June, currently licensed in WV. Mark has 25 years marketing and sales experience in professional sports, working with the Baltimore Orioles, Philadelphia Phillies, and Texas Rangers minor league organizations.
He also served as Marketing Director for The Great Frederick Fair for five years, and had a brief stint with West Virginia Radio Corporation, prior to getting his residential real estate license. On a side note, Mark was once a national award-winning Sports Information Director at the University of South Carolina at Spartanburg (now USC Upstate).
Locally, Mark was a Little League Baseball manager and coach for four years and managed a 7-8-9 All-Star Team in 2016. He is an active member of his church, St. John Lutheran Church in Harpers Ferry, and was the first homeowner elected President of his community's HOA.
A native of Boonsboro, MD, Mark has lived in Kearneysville, WV for the past 12+ years, with his wife Margaret, and children, Gracie and Jacob.

My name is Tyler Burch and I have been a lifelong resident of the Eastern Panhandle of WV. I have owned, operated, and managed commercial and residential real estate properties for the last decade in Berkeley and Jefferson Counties. I currently serve on the board of The Good Shepherd Caregivers and on the Jefferson County Homeland Security & Emergency Management, Public Awareness Committee. In addition, I have two sons and have been very active in youth sports programs coaching baseball, basketball, and football. My sons have attended both private and public schools in Jefferson and Berkeley Counties.

Born and raised in Jefferson County West Virginia, Ralph Dinges has seen tremendous growth in the area. Ralph graduated Shepherd college in 1986, and West Virginia University in 1996.
Ralph started a long career in education as a teacher at Musselman Middle School for 12years, an administrator at Rosemont Elementary, Principal of Jefferson High School Ninth Grade, Maintenance Director for Jefferson County Schools, Assistant Superintendent for Construction, Maintenance and Facilities for over 11 years.

Kim moved to Jefferson County, WV when she was 2 and graduated from Jefferson County High School (Class of 86). She married her high school sweetheart, Stacey, in 1987. She has 2 children and has 2 grandchildren.

She began her real estate career in the late 80’s working for a lender and then transitioned to working with a real estate attorney in 1992 in the closing department and then later became the office manager.
She has been working as a Transaction Coordinator since 2016 and has been with the Milestone Real Estate Group @ KW since the beginning.
In her spare time she loves to spend time with her grandchildren, family, friends and her animals. She also enjoys riding horses as well as watching the horses her husband and son train at Charles Town Race track and various other tracks in the area.
